Option to make Masqerade silhouette calculations on-demand

Often in masking I need to use many foreground and background strokes. Currently when I switch tools (say, red to blue) it will do a recalculation on every stroke which is very time consuming and unecessary. Please make an option to make calculation on-demand.

There are a couple of new buttons now.
The first one enables/disables automatic recomputation of the mask:



When enabled, the mask is automatically computed after each stroke as it was before.
When disabled, the button next to it is enabled, and it allows to update the mask on-demand:



This works for undo/redo also, so that you can step back and forward the history panel without recomputing the mask every time.

We may be able to ship this new feature with the next minor update.
