I'd appreciate some refinement to the Hole Filing tool. For example:
Apply hole filling tool to a pre-selected area of the mesh only
Select multiple holes using Select by Number to batch process (perhaps a tick list?)
Interactive selection/repair of identified holes i.e. click on the respective hole to fill it
