It would be great to have the possibility of lighting the model from a certain point and export the orthographic view with the shadows on ... It would gives a lot of deepness to the image...

Hi Carlo,
By default, the light is placed on the camera position. However, you can slightly change the light position with the hotkeys alt + 2/4/8/6 of the num-pad (or you can bind it to a different key from options). I'm not sure if this fulfills your request, but the feature is a bit hidden, and it was worth mentioning it.
