Default JPEG compression appears to be quite aggressive currently - If possible, please reduce compression levels, and ideally implement compression options (see Photoshop reference attached).

Adjust the default JPEG compression settings for video frame extraction, aiming to reduce aggressive compression levels and implement customizable compression options akin to the referenced Photoshop settings. In general, keep your settings like that: quality levels of 90% or higher are considered high quality, 80%–90% are medium quality, and 70%–80% are low quality. Other than that, you can use this tool for jpeg compression as well.
