Hello Michal,
thank you for your interest in our product.
The camera orientation phase is probably the most crucial step for the photogrammetry pipeline. It's difficult to say why you are not able to orient those specific pictures, but I will try to give you some guidelines.
A first problem is probably the number of photos. Given that the subjects you are trying to reconstruct are not the easiest ones to start with, always shoot many photos to get more overlap and help the software to 'stitch' the photos together.
Please also have a look at this guidelines for general photography tips:
3DF Zephyr Photography guide This guide is an excerpt from the 3DF Zephyr documentation. You can find this guide in the in-application manual or as a free PDF at https://www.3dflow.net/technology/documents/3df-zephyr-tutorials/ In this section we will list some tips to obtain … Read More
From inside Zephyr, you can try to use the 'deep' preset if the 'default' ones do not work properly.
Finally, I suggest you to start with an easier and well texture subject (like a stump or a rock) and then move on more difficult objects.
For a quick introduction covering a very basic workflow with a very simple object you might also have a look to this videotutorial we recently published:

I am trying to model a stuffed animal and it is also rejecting most of my pictures. I have tried using the "deep" preset instead of the default. I would be happy to post my set of pictures if that would help. I just want to understand what is making my pictures unusable.

I even masked every image, but still most of them didn't get used.Comment

Thank you for sharing!
Sadly, your images are too blurred for photogrammetry use. I suggest you use a tripod so it's easier to get stable, sharp images. I'm afraid there isn't much you can do to salvage completetly that dataset if not taking the photos again.
here is a brief videotutorial we made last week about photography for photogrammetry, that explains some tips and tricks:
