I suggest you apply for a free education license here https://www.3dflow.net/3df-zephyr-education/ so you can do your thesis project with the Pro version of Zephyr, which is more suitable for this type of work. You won't have any limitation in the input images and you'll be able to use control points to measure / rescale the subject, as well as eventually merge more datasets using control points and/or integrate laser scan data. -

Do you think the Lite Version would be enough for the project? Because i don't know if 30 days from the Pro Version would be enough time to complete the project and my professor said we could buy the Lite version if necessary. Or is there maybe a possibility to prolong the education version?Comment

Yes, the photo limitation of 500 is more than enough for skulls. However, zephyr lite does not have the control points feature, which in your case would be very important to do measurements.
We are more than happy to give you a longer period. Our education licenses for thesis are completely free and cover the time you need for your project. Usually, we simply place some "checkpoints" in case the project is super-long
