Missing .dll file

During the install process everything goes perfect, the application opens and I am able to use it. As soon as I close and try to reopen I get the error, I have been able to reinstall successfully once but the same thing happens as soon as I close the program... Any thoughts???

you should update your windows installation or manually install the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015.

You can also download api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll from extraneous website, but generally it's a bad idea.

Repair installed Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable package. I think it might resolve the issue.
