    TIFF images

    Hi,

    I have geotagged .tiff images using ExifTool and it worked well. However, when I import the .tiff images into 3DFZephyr Aerial it does not recognize the GPS tags (says there are no GPS tags/information). If I convert the .tiff to .JPG and import them the GPS tags are recognized.

    Is it possible to work with .tiffs? If so, any clues as to what could I be doing wrong?

      Hi Joel,

      Zephyr should be definitely able to read the exif information also from the tiff files. Could you please send me an example of tiff file you are using? Please send it to support@3dflow.net. We'll have a look at it next week. Thanks!

          Thanks! I will zip and send an example (they are too large to send by email as is).

          Another side note. I tried to import the GPS tags from the .tiff images to .JPG images, and it works fine. So there is something strange with the .tiff format.
