    Automatic Zephyr Pro workflow

    Hi there,

I do quite a lot of reconstructions daily as part of a research project. As such I would really benefit from an approachable way to automate the steps I routinely perform. In short, these are: select picture files, clone all calibrations, run using some slightly adjusted advanced settings, detect control points, assign standard values to the control points which were detected, perform bundle adjustment, rescale boundig box, extract dense point cloud (again with some specified settings), extract mesh, do one additional run of Laplacian smoothing. Then save entire file for later mesh cutting.

Anyone knwo how to do this without first going for a PhD in computer science?

    Thanks!

    Hi Hans,

unfortunately we do not have these kind of automation in Zephyr.

There is a batching tool but it features the simple reconstruction pipeline - all these operations need to be done manually by the user. We will improve the batching tool for sure in the future, but i doubt we'll get to that fine automation you mention
