- You can click "automatic matching" to let zephyr trying placing the control point autonomously
- it really depends on your workflow. Unless you're working with RTK, GPS data isn't really accurate, so i wouldn't merge two project using GPS coordinates and merging them using the same reference system. I'd rather select the same control points and merge the project via control points. The order looks good but, it seems you're only doing a rough alignment and not running the ICP algorithm to do a fine registration between the photogrammetry project and the laser scan project https://www.3dflow.net/technology/do...-registration/
