[bug?] Project Wizard - Photo Ordering options disabled

I've recently found the Photo Ordering options are sometimes disabled in Advanced Project Settings; is this a bug? Screen shot attached.

In this case i'd created a new Project from a set of images in an existing project.

The problem dissapears when I restart the Project wizard.

On top off my head I don't see why that option should be disabled with the standard workflow. Can you tell us which steps you take, so I can try an reproduce it?

I've not paid much attention to it i'm afraid. I only see it when i've been going back to re-process the reconstruction with custom settings as i always start with the defaults.

In this case i'd created a new project from existing photos to try some alternative sfm settings.
