[Q] Unrolled Ortho image

Is there a function in Zephyr to create an 'unrolled' ortho image so that non-planar surfaces are flattened out? In this instance the requirement is to create images of curved stone walls for repair.

I think i've asked before and Aerial couldn't do it. However, i've just recieved a set of ortho images from a client that includes unrolled versions, which are relly usefull. I'm not sure what photgrammetry software was used as yet but will try and find out.

Hi sam,

unfortunately the unroll feature is still not available and it is not currently in the roadmap. I don't exclude it may come in the future but I cannot give you an ETA, so very likely it will not be added in the short term - sorry!
