Scanning Electron Microscopy - Reconstruction problems

Hi there,

I have been experimenting with photogrammetry software with electron micrograph datasets. I was wondering if anyone could have a look at my datasets to determine where I am going wrong. I have tried to experiment with different brightness/contrast settings, thinking this was the issue.

Could you also advise on how to upload the data sets?
