360 decomposition give very low quality pinhole images

I've tried using panoramic pictures from an insta 360 Pro 2, both with raw (dng) and jpg images and I have following problems :

When I ask decomposition utilities to work with dng picture, no images are created and 3df zephyr doesn't provide error message.
When I use it on jpg it works well but from a 12Mo picture I get six very low pinhols images with about 100 ko size each. With this very poor quality image, reconstruction process is impossible.

How may I make it work ?

Hi jlpaillat welcome to the forum! - Can you please share a couple of original sample images (RAW & JPEG) pre-decomposition so we can have a look at them and get to back you? You can send images to support@3dflow.net using a file sharing service like Google Drive or similar.
