Calibration of a macro lens?

Hi guys,
since my macro image-sets (shot with a non-EXIF lens) are often not aligned, i would like to ask, how i can calibrate that lens?
I know the process of calibrating, and have done that for my "normal" lenses.
But if i understood everything right, i have to capture the complete calibration pattern, which is impossible in macro situations
Is there any other way?

Hey jupp2000! The calibration pattern is essentially a feature rich subject - If you shoot something else with the macro lens and camera orientation is successful, you can use that as a basis to create a calibration profile Utilities>CameraCalibrationManager>LoadCalibration FromCurrentWorkspace
