Image aligning with scanning spray

(sometimes i get a few images aligned, but they are not exact in position)
The aligning of the separated sets works.
Is there any recommended workflow for that case?

Hey jupp2000 - The best way to go about this is control points. Use 3 control points at matching locations between the two scans (more accurately placed the better).

Alternatively you could process all images together (sprayed + clean) then turn off the sprayed image set when it comes to the texturing stage.
