I'm considering buying 3DF Zephyr perpetual license, but can anyone tell me whether this is a floating license of not?

Hi,

all licenses (both perpetual and subscription) are floating.

An internet connection is required at startup and exit of Zephyr, so the seat can be taken and released as needed ( see the system requirements here: https://www.3dflow.net/3df-zephyr-feature-comparison/ )
