Hello.
I want to know why the EGM2008 geoid model file in PGM file format was shifted and scaled? I opened it in the GIS software and saw that it is not in geospatial coordinat system.
How can I convert my rastr file to PGM format in GIS softwares to create my own geoid modeli file for my local territory?
