Which iPhone version is the best for 3D scanning ?

Hi, which IPhone version is is best for 3D scanning (with 3D flow as well as others apps)? I have understood that some of it has Lidar (?). It also looks like iPhone 12 Pro is the best, albeit the fact that its discontinued.. TIA.

3DF Zephyr is agnostic in term of devices, so you'll need to make sure to pick the best device, as in, the best cameras that can output images.

You can indeed integrate their unstructured point clouds with zephyr integrating photos, but please note that'll require the full version.

In general, the latest hardware revisions are better in term of quality, but I wouldn't know specifically about iPhones, so I'd focus in researching which one outputs the best images in terms of sharpness (and sensor size).
