Known Issue with raw file formats / WIC / Windows 11

There's a known issue that affects Windows 11 users using raw file formats after the microsoft 24H2 patch (2024-10-01).

This issue presents itself by randomly hanging the process or the interface when the conditions below are true:

• the user is on Windows 11 24H2
• the user is using raw file formats
• the user is using the WIC engine

A fix will be issued with the next 3DF Zephyr patch.

As a workaround for the moment, switch back to the "imagemagick" engine in the 3DF Zephyr general options if you are affected by this issue.
