    Help editing model

Here is a 3D Model of a Merman I made. The Merman has hairs the moved as I rotated the turntable. The result are white spots. When I remove the white spots I get holes in the model. Any suggestion on how to edit for white spot removal? Thanks. Here is the link to the model https://storage.net-fs.com/hosting/5809183/27/

    Hi RockvilleBob -

To minimise the occurance of white artifacts, you should mask your dataset to limit the data which is processed (removing the white background from the equation): https://www.3dflow.net/technology/do...-masking-tool/

We also have pointcloud/mesh cleanup tools in Zephyr, with selection, deletion, hole filling etc... but for more advanced cleanup I'd recommend using a program like MeshMixer.
